Meet Alex
Alexander D. Perwich II (“Alex”), is HR-EQ’s Chief Coaching Officer (CCO). Alex partners with leaders and organizations to drive meaningful change, enhance leadership capabilities, and improve business performance through strategic coaching. Alex provides one-on-one coaching to high potential leaders and serves as a resource and thought partner for other HR-EQ coaches and organizational development consultants.
Alex is a leader, change agent, entrepreneur, trainer and coach with a unique and exemplary record of building excellence and innovation in the entrepreneurial, corporate, nonprofit, and military sectors. He is a seasoned executive with a diverse leadership background spanning technology, finance, education, and energy.
Alex received a Bachelor of Science with concentration in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School. Alex has held key leadership roles across multiple industries, including:
