With a unique blend of formal training, international management experience, and expertise in anti-discrimination investigations and training, she helps organizations develop actionable strategies that drive business success while preventing costly legal issues.

Recognized as a leader in anti-discrimination, harassment prevention, and diversity training, Stacy has designed and delivered internationally acclaimed workshops for businesses, schools, and government entities. She has produced a nationally recognized anti-discrimination video training program and developed over 20 corporate training courses. A sought-after speaker, Stacy has been a panelist at the National Multifamily Housing Council Conference and a keynote speaker for industry associations and conferences. She also holds a Certificate in Coaching for Organizational Excellence from San Diego State University.

Her achievements include founding an award-winning corporate university, earning national certification as a Harassment Prevention Trainer, and pioneering learning experiences that create lasting change.
