Stacy Waddell is HR-EQ’s Chief Training Officer. Stacy is responsible for leading the firm’s training and development strategy and ensuring that clients receive high-quality, innovative, and effective learning solutions.
Stacy is a trusted expert in fostering healthy, productive, and inclusive workplace cultures across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. With a unique blend of formal training, international management experience, and expertise in anti-discrimination investigations and training, she helps organizations develop actionable strategies that drive business success while preventing costly legal issues.
Recognized as a leader in anti-discrimination, harassment prevention, and diversity training, Stacy has designed and delivered internationally acclaimed workshops for businesses, schools, and government entities. She has produced a nationally recognized anti-discrimination video training program and developed over 20 corporate training courses. A sought-after speaker, Stacy has been a panelist at the National Multifamily Housing Council Conference and a keynote speaker for industry associations and conferences. She also holds a Certificate in Coaching for Organizational Excellence from San Diego State University.
Her achievements include founding an award-winning corporate university, earning national certification as a Harassment Prevention Trainer, and pioneering learning experiences that create lasting change. Guided by the belief that true organizational transformation happens when change is paired with emotional connection, Stacy designs her programs to inspire courage, confidence, and meaningful action.
