Julia is a seasoned bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources and Organizational Development professional with over 20 years of experience crafting innovative people strategies that drive organizational excellence. Julia has a proven track record of providing comprehensive HR consulting services to diverse organizations in the private, public, and non-profit sectors.
Julia’s consulting strategy links directly to her client’s business goals. She understands that a single approach does not work for all clients. Instead, she applies appropriate elements of her diverse toolbox of HR and OD solutions to each consulting engagement based on the client’s unique needs.

Her academic foundation includes a Master’s in Business Administration and certificates in Human Resource Management and Business Coaching.
